Wow, we tried to dine here twice within a few week period. COULD NOT get service!! Don't waste your time. There are plenty of great places close by that won't be annoyed by you being there.
Good wraps and paninis. Coffee, espresso, and smoothies. Pretty typical cafe. Lunch was a bit on the expensive side for this area. I had a grilled chicken panini with a cup of soup for $10. They normally serve regular potato chips with the wraps and paninis for $8.75. When I requested to swap the chips for soup the waitress did not let me know it would be a $1.25 up-charge. Other than that, the bacon potato soup was excellent and the service was good!
Whenever my family stays the night in Ellicottville we go to Katy's for breakfast. The food is always delicious, and they have gluten free options. However, the last few times we have tried to stop while road tripping to Pennsylvania, the hours were not honored. We attempted to stop on our way out of NY and they had closed early. Today we had waited all morning to eat, as we wanted a Katy's breakfast sandwich. The hours say the close at 4pm today. I called at 3:05pm to place an order so that they weren't rushing to close when we arrived. However, they informed us that the kitchen closed at 3pm and they could not make our food. Change your hours on Google, as it seems you don't care to honor your customers or your hours of business.
Good service. Great food, we had the veggie wrap and pannini. Both were very tasty. There only part that was a little disappointing was cleanliness on the tables.
We came in with 11 people and were asking if they had a spot we'd be able to sit with each other. Server stated just sit anywhere you want. Sat down at some tables and when she came over to wipe down tables down the tables and hand out menus, she hit me in the arm with her dirty rag, didn't apologize, and when I thanked her for the menu she ignored me. I had to say it again and she said d your welcome without even looking at me. Service is extremely rude.
