We visited the spa a few days ago. I was very disappointed with the "spa" but the massage was nice. Nothing spectacular. We were not offered robes or use of the changing rooms or use of the shower after our massages. We were only getting one service but we're covered in oil after the massage. Not even a towel to use. I did procrastinate about making the appointment till the day before they were very accommodating with getting us in probably because it is off season. They were not busy in fact we were the only ones there and after the service I could definitely see why. Was very disappointed as it's such a pretty atmosphere but their service is not matching that. It felt like they did not want to be there.Changes need to be made by the management! I am a very disappointed customer.

It was offered when I expressed my displeasure but made to feel odd for asking. People sitting around in their street clothes mixed w people in nice plush robes - SO TACKY. Was very disappointed as it's such a pretty atmosphere but their service is not matching that. It feels like they just don't want to spend the money on robes/laundry to be honest. Which feels so cheap. We weren't even offered towels at the end of our massage and we were covered in oil. Changes need to be made by the manager. I wouldn't return under this service.
I went here several years ago. The level of service rivals some of the best spa's of Hawaii. I enjoyed the view of the slopes and watching people tumble. The drink service, couples massage, and lounge were worth the money. Doing it again, next time I am there.
Went here a couple years ago for a pedicure. My feet felt like I was walking on pillows afterwards. I literally was slipping out of my shoes -not greasy- just from them being so soft.
I visited the spa over the Christmas holidays and it was a wonderful experience. We were warmly welcomed, offer robes and shown to the relaxation area. I had a wonderful massage and truly enjoyed relaxing as I watched the skiers come down the hill.
